By accessing and booking through Miss Gorgeous Panama, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our agency operates as a premier facilitator for refinement, discretion, and private companionship. All services are subject to mutual consent and the strict adherence to our privacy and security protocols.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings must be initiated through our official agency channels. We require a verification process for all new guests to maintain the sanctuary of our companions. Cancellations must be communicated with reasonable notice, as specified during the private consultation, to respect the time and dedication of our professional team.

3. Privacy & Discretion

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our operations. No personal data, photographs, or booking details will be shared with third parties. Guests are expected to uphold the same level of discretion regarding the agency and companions at all times.

Guest Conduct Policy

Respect & Safety

All guests are required to treat our companions and staff with the utmost respect. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or physical aggression will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and a permanent ban from our agency network.

Discretion & Privacy

Discretion is reciprocal. Guests are prohibited from taking unauthorized photographs or videos of companions. Any public disclosure of agency booking details or companion identities is strictly forbidden to protect the sanctuary and privacy of all parties involved.

Illegal Substances

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use or solicitation of illegal substances. Any guest found in possession of or under the excessive influence of illicit drugs will have their booking canceled immediately and local authorities may be notified if necessary.

These Terms of Service and Guest Conduct Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of missgorgeouspanama.com, all official Miss Gorgeous Panama communication channels, and any private booking coordination provided by Miss Gorgeous Panama (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Miss Gorgeous, an independent private booking coordination service, trading as Miss Gorgeous Panama (“Miss Gorgeous Panama”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting the website, contacting the agency, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Adults Only

The Services are exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering into agreements, and will provide truthful information if verification is requested.

We do not knowingly communicate with, collect information from, or provide Services to minors. Any inquiry involving a minor will be rejected immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Our Role

Miss Gorgeous Panama provides discreet communication support, booking coordination, and introductions between verified adult guests and adult companions.

We are not a guarantee of availability, acceptance, attendance, personal compatibility, or any specific interaction. All profiles, images, descriptions, availability notices, price references, and website content are informational and subject to change.

A booking is not confirmed until it has been expressly confirmed through an official Miss Gorgeous Panama channel.

3. Voluntary Participation and Complete Autonomy

Every companion presented by Miss Gorgeous Panama is a verified adult who participates voluntarily.

Each companion has complete and independent control over her own availability, personal boundaries, location approval, communication, and decisions. No companion is required to accept an inquiry, a guest, a booking, a location, a request, or any personal interaction.

Miss Gorgeous Panama does not compel, pressure, direct, or require any companion to proceed with an arrangement.

A companion may accept, decline, limit, modify, postpone, pause, or end an arrangement at any time, for any reason, and without needing to provide a personal explanation. Her decision is final and must be respected immediately.

4. Consent and Respect for Boundaries

All interactions must be based on voluntary, informed, specific, and ongoing consent between adults.

A confirmed booking, payment, previous communication, previous meeting, presence at a location, or prior consent does not create entitlement to any person, activity, interaction, or outcome.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. A guest must immediately respect any refusal, limitation, change of mind, pause, or request to end an arrangement.

Miss Gorgeous Panama has zero tolerance for coercion, exploitation, intimidation, harassment, threats, violence, non-consensual conduct, or any attempt to override another person’s boundaries or decision.

5. Guest Verification

To protect all parties, Miss Gorgeous Panama may request reasonable information to assess an inquiry, verify age and identity, coordinate a booking, and maintain safety standards.

Guests must provide accurate, current, and truthful information. We may decline, pause, or cancel an inquiry where information is incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, unverifiable, or gives rise to a safety concern.

We reserve the right to refuse service without detailed explanation.

6. Booking Coordination

Before a booking is confirmed, the agency may request relevant details including date, approximate time, guest contact information, proposed location, and any other details reasonably required for coordination.

All arrangements must remain through official Miss Gorgeous Panama channels. Guests may not request, obtain, share, or use a companion’s personal contact information without express authorization.

Any attempt to bypass the agency, privately pressure a companion, alter an approved arrangement without authorization, or arrange future meetings outside official channels may result in immediate cancellation and refusal of future service.

7. Prices, Payments and Availability

Any applicable fees, payment method, advance-payment requirement, reservation conditions, cancellation conditions, and timing requirements will be communicated before confirmation.

Availability remains subject to the companion’s independent decision and to the agency’s safety review. A guest must not presume confirmation until written confirmation is provided by Miss Gorgeous Panama.

Where a guest cancels late, fails to arrive, provides misleading information, significantly changes the agreed location or timing, breaches these Terms, or creates a safety concern, any advance payment or reservation fee will be handled according to the conditions communicated for that specific booking.

8. Approved Locations

Private arrangements are coordinated only in locations approved for the specific booking, including verified luxury hotels and secure private settings in Panama City.

Guests are responsible for complying with all hotel, building, residence, and venue policies, including guest registration, visitor access, identification, security, and conduct rules.

Miss Gorgeous Panama may reject any location that is unsafe, unverified, unsuitable, or inconsistent with its safety standards.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests must act lawfully, respectfully, discreetly, and responsibly at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Any coercion, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, abuse, violence, or threatening conduct.
Recording, photographing, livestreaming, or sharing any image, video, voice recording, message, location, or personal information without prior express consent.
Possession or use of weapons.
Illegal substances, illegal activity, or any request connected to illegal conduct.
Excessive intoxication or any behavior that compromises safety, judgment, or consent.
Bringing unapproved persons to the location.
Sharing or publishing a companion’s identity, contact details, images, location, communications, or personal information.
Attempting to contact, follow, identify, locate, or pressure a companion outside an approved agency arrangement.
Any conduct involving minors.

A breach may result in immediate cancellation, loss of future booking access, notification to venue security, and, where appropriate, contact with competent authorities.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Discretion is essential to the Services. Guests must protect the privacy, identity, dignity, and personal information of companions and agency personnel.

Miss Gorgeous Panama will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Panamanian data-protection law, including Law 81 of 2019 and its regulations.

We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, verify guests, coordinate bookings, protect safety, comply with legal obligations, and manage our Services.

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

We aim to provide careful, refined, and professional coordination. However, Miss Gorgeous Panama does not guarantee availability, acceptance of a specific inquiry, uninterrupted communication, a particular outcome, or compatibility between adults.

A companion’s decision to decline, limit, modify, postpone, or end an arrangement is always valid and must be respected. Such a decision does not constitute a breach by the companion or the agency.

12. Suspension and Refusal of Service

We may suspend, decline, cancel, or permanently refuse access to the Services where we reasonably believe there is a risk to safety, privacy, consent, legal compliance, the agency, a companion, or a third party.

We may also refuse service where a guest breaches these Terms, behaves disrespectfully, provides false information, attempts to bypass the agency, or creates a concern regarding payment, venue access, identity, or conduct.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Venues

The website may link to third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, email providers, social networks, maps, hotels, and other services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

We are also not responsible for a hotel, building, residence, venue, transportation provider, or other third party’s policies, decisions, delays, security procedures, or service failures.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Miss Gorgeous Panama name, branding, visual identity, photography, text, design, profile presentation, and layout, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, scrape, impersonate, distribute, sell, or commercially use any content without prior written authorization.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Gorgeous Panama is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the website, a declined inquiry, a cancelled booking, third-party actions, venue policies, communications outside official channels, or conduct that breaches these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, Panama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect operational, security, legal, or service changes. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the website or Services after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
